abstract | The tetrahydro-1,3,5-thiadiazin-4-one compounds of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R<1>, R<2> and R<3>, which may be identical or different, each denote an alkyl group having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an allyl group, a cycloalkyl group having from 3 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkoxyalkyl group with a total of from 3 to 6 carbon atoms, a benzyl group, phenyl group or substituted phenyl group containing one or more substituents from the group comprising alkyl groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, nitro groups, halogen atoms, alkoxy groups having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms and trifluoromethyl groups, and R<2> and R<3> may also represent hydrogen atoms, are useful compounds for the control of insects and mites. |
