abstract |
The compounds of the formula I, in which the substituents have the meaning mentioned in Patent Claim 1, are obtained by reacting equimolar amounts of an appropriately substituted benzamidine with ethylethoxymethylene cyanoacetate, sodium azide and ammonium chloride in an inert organic solvent. The compounds have anti-allergic activity and are therefore suitable as medicaments, in particular for the prophylactic treatment of allergic bronchial asthma by the oral route. <IMAGE> |
