(C 1 -C 3 ) alkyl or (C 1 -C 4 ) alkoxy, R 3 is H, halogen or (C 1 -C 3 ) alkyl, R 4 is H or CH 3 ; with the proviso that the total number of C atoms in R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 does not exceed 8. X is -CH 2 - or CH 3 | -CH-, R 5 is -COOR', -COSR' or R" | -CON-R"' wherein each of R', R" and R"' independently represents CH 3 or C 2 H 5 , R 6 is H or is R 7 , R 7 is (C 1 -C 6 ) alkyl which may be substituted by CN, OH or (C 1 -C 3 ) alkoxy, (C 3 -C 6 ) alkenyl which may be substituted by halogen, (C 3 -C 6 ) alkynyl or (C 3 -C 7 ) cycloalkyl, or R 6 and R together represent a (C 2 -C 6 ) alkylene or alkenylene which may be substituted by halogen or (C 1 -C 3 ) alkyl and may contain one or two heteroatoms; and salts thereof with inorganic or organic acids; to protect them from fungal attack. |
