Peptide intermediates isolated are: Benzyloxycarbonyl - L - pyroglutamyl - N<#>- methyl - L - histidine. Pharmaceutical compositions comprise the tripeptides in admixture with a pharmaceuticallyacceptable carrier or diluent, preferably, when used for oral administration, in unit dosage form wherein the dose is 1 to 100 mg. |
