1513637 Azodicarbonamide; hydrazodicarbonamide BAYER AG 27 Oct 1976 [30 Oct 1975 12 May 1976] 44619/76 Heading C2C Azodicarbonamide is produced by the oxidation of hydrazodicarbonamide in aqueous suspension with hydrogen peroxide, the reaction being conducted in the presence of iodine at 50 to 95 C. and at a pH of 1À0 to 5À0. Hydrazodicarbonamide may be obtained by reacting urea with hydrazine. |
