abstract | 1486482 Trisazo benzanilide dyestuff AZIENDE COLORI NAZIONALI AFFINI ACNA SpA 3 Feb 1975 [4 Feb 1974] 4562/76 Heading C4P [Also in Division C2] A trisazo dye has the formula It is prepared by coupling 4,41-diaminobenzanilide after tetrazotization under acidic conditions with 1-amino-8-naphthol-3,6-disulphonic acid, the resulting product being coupled under alkaline conditions with diazotized paminobenzene sulphonic acid, and the then resulting product is coupled under alkaline conditions with m-hydroxy-phenylglycine. The dyestuff dies natural and synthetic polyamides, particularly leather, dark black with greenish shades. |
