1480574 Cosmetic emulsions HENKEL & CIE GmbH 25 March 1976 [29 March 1975] 11938/76 Heading A5B A cosmetic emulsion of the water-in-oil type comprises a copolymer or terpolymer of N-vinyl pyrrolidone, an alkyl or cycloalkyl acrylate or alkyl or cycloalkyl methacrylate having 6 to 24 carbon atoms in the alkyl or cyclo alkyl radical and, if required, vinyl acetate, in a quantity of from 2 to 20% by weight, a quantity of 20 to 75% by weight of water, relative to the total emulsion, and vegetable or animal fats, waxes, fatty alcohols, hydrocarbons and further additives normally used in cosmetic emulsions. |
