The waxes improve the rheological and suspension properties. Also present in the composition may be oil-modified or petroleum-resin-compounding alkyd resins, epoxy, epoxyester, polyvinyl-butyral, butyrated melamine, and/or polybutene resins, or unsaturated-polyester/styrene. Conventional paint additives may be present. Waxes (I) and (II) may be incorporated separately or as a mixture, as powder or as a dispersion. |
