Therapeutic compositions which may be administered orally or parenterally comprise the title compounds, which have muscle relaxant, spinal polysynapse reflex inhibitory, antitremorine and antinicotine activity. The treatment of pathological muscular contractive, spastic paralysis due to cerebral apoplexy, spinal and cerebral palsies, Parkinson's disease, peripheral and cerebral vascular disorders, and stiffness of the shoulder due to hypertension are mentioned.
