titleOfInvention O-triazolyl-thiono-phosphoric-phosphonic phosphinic-acid esters and ester-amides process for their preparation and their use as insecticides acaricides or nematocides
abstract 1452724 Phosphorus-containing triazole derivatives BAYER AG 24 April 1975 [9 May 1974] 17023/75 Headings C2P and C2C The invention comprises compounds of the formula wherein R is C 1 -C 6 alkyl or -alkoxy, R<SP>1</SP> is alkyl, alkoxy or alkylamino each with 1 to 6 C atoms, or is phenyl, R<SP>11</SP> is alkylmercaptoalkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety, R<SP>111</SP> is C 1 -C 4 alkyl or phenyl and X is O or S. They are obtained by reacting a halide where Hal is halogen, with a compound in the presence of an acid acceptor or in the form of an alkali metal-, alkaline earth metal-, or ammonium salt. The products have pesticidal (including nematocidal) properties and may be used as active ingredients in conventional pesticidal compositions. The compound (IV) is obtained by reacting chlorocarbonic ethyl ester with KCNS and then with a solution prepared from phenyl hydrazine and acetone. The compound V is prepared in an analogous manner. The compound IV is treated with ClC 2 H 4 SC 2 H 5 in the presence of sodium methylate to form the compound The compounds are prepared analogously. The compound V may also be prepared by cyclizing in the presence of NaCOCH 3 the compound H 3 N.CS.N(CH 3 )NHCOOC 2 H 5 which is itself prepared by reacting H 2 NCSN(CH 3 )NH 2 with pyrocarbonic acid diethyl ester. The compound C 2 H 5 OCONHN=C(CH 3 ) 2 is prepared from carbonic acid ethyl ester hydrazide and acetone and is then hydrogenated in ethanol solution in the presence of a Pt on charcoal catalyst to form the compound which is then reacted with KCNS in HCl to form the compound which is then cyclized in the presence of NaOCH 3 in methanol to form the compound IX Treatment of the latter with ClCH 2 SC 2 H 5 in methanol in the presence of NaOCH 3 yields the compound The compound is obtained in an analogous manner.
