abstract 1434899 Molluscicidal agent LONZA Ltd 3 Maroh 1975 [5 July 1974] 8738/75 Heading ASE A molluscicidal agent comprises a binding agent, a bait material, a molluscicidally-active component and perlite as carrier material. Suitable molluscicidally-active components are metaldehyde, copper sulphate and/or kainite, pentabromophenol, ordium pentachlorophenolate, 2, 4, 6-trisodophenol or 2, 4, 6-tribromophenol. The perlite is preferably present in the proportion of 30-70% by wt. An aromatising agent, e.g. aniseed, may also be present.
