1425806 Urea phosphate fertilizer CHEMICALS & PHOSPHATES Ltd 14 May 1974 [29 June 1973] 21400/74 Heading C1B [Also in Divisions A2 and C2] A fertilizer comprises crystalline urea phosphate which has been obtained by reacting solid urea with orthophosphoric acid which contains up to 7% by weight of water. Micronutrients, e.g. Mg, Co, Fe, Zn, Cu or Mn may be incorporated into the orthophosphoric acid prior to the reaction with urea. Examples illustrate the production of urea phosphate containing micronutrients derived from (a) ferrous sulphate, cobaltous sulphate, copper sulphate, manganous sulphate and zinc sulphate, or (b) magnesium oxide, ferrous hydroxide, cobaltous sulphate, manganous sulphate and zinc oxide. |
