titleOfInvention | Lead halide photographic materials |
abstract | 1402715 Photographic lead halide materials KODAK LTD 10 Oct 1972 [13 July 1971] 32787/71 Heading G2C A photo-developable material comprises lead chloroiodide with 60 to 80 mole per cent of lead chloride, a urazole as halogen acceptor and a proteinaceous hydrophilic colloid. The urazole may be substituted in the 1-and/or 4-position by amino, aryl or alkyl groups. In the example, aqueous solutions of lead nitrate and potassium chloroiodide (4:1 molar ratio) are mixed with aqueous gum acacia solution, coagulated by adding alcohol and dispersed in gelatine, urazole added and the emulsion coated on a support. The material is imagewise exposed to flash and developed by uniform exposure to fluorescent lighting. |
