1334467 Diaphorase BOEHRINGER MANNHEIM GmbH 13 Dec 1971 [16 Dec 1970] 57696/71 Heading C3H [Also in Division B1] Diaphorase is obtained by extracting the homogenized press residue of pigs' hearts with dilute ammonium sulphate solution, recovering from the extract the fraction which is insoluble in 1À6 to 2À8 M ammonium sulphate solution, dissolving and dialysing, adding polyethyleneimine, discarding the precipitate, heating the filtrate and again discarding the precipitate formed, adsorbing the diaphorase from the filtrate on a weakly acidic cation exchanger and eluting. |
