abstract | 1318681 Phenylketoximes SHELL INTERNATIONALE RESEARCH MAATSCHAPPIJ BV 30 Dec 1971 [1 Jan 1971] 92/71 Heading C2C The invention comprises compounds of the formula where R 1 is alkyl; R 2 is H, alkyl, aralkyl, phenyl substituted by nitro and fluoroalkyl, or acyl; X is H, halogen, alkoxy, alkylthio or alkylureido; and Y is amino, ureido or thiorueido optionally substituted by alkyl, phenyl, alkylphenyl or acyl. The compounds wherein R 2 is H or alkyl are prepared by reacting a compound of the formula with a compound of the formula H 2 NOR 2 or an acid salt thereof. Compounds wherein R 2 is aralkyl, acyl or phenyl substituted by nitro and fluoroalkyl are prepared by reacting the corresponding compound wherein R 2 is H with R 2 -hal where hal is halogen, or, when R 2 is N-alkyl substituted carbamoyl, with an alkyl isocyanate. The compounds are used as pesticides. |
