[Also in Division C2] An insecticidal, acaricidal and nematocidal composition comprises a suitable carrier and a compound of the general formula: wherein R 1 is a C 1 -C 5 alkyl or haloalkyl radical and which is linked to the P atom directly or through oxygen or the -NH- group, R 2 is a C 1 -C 5 alkyl radical and X is O or S. The composition may contain a solvent, diluent, dispersant, emulsifier, thickener, adhesive or wetting agent and may be in the form of granules, dust, emulsion concentrate, or dispersion or may be in sprayable form. Other pesticides and/or fertilisers may also be present.
