Preferably the mixture contains between 0À05 and 0À15% by weight of pyrocatechol and between 0À025 and 0À075% by weight of benzoic acid. Specified hydrocarbons are ethyl bromide, methylene bromide, methyl bromide, tetrafluoro-dibromo ethane, difluorochloro-bromo-methane, and trifluoro-bromomethane, and an example describes the stabilization of monochloro-monobromo-methane coated on steel plates. |
