An aqueous slurry of a silver-loaded zeolite containing 50 to 99% of water is spray dried to a water content of not less than 3% at a water vapour partial pressure of not less than 100 mms. of mercury for at least 30 seconds and not more than 180 seconds and then mixed with a barium loaded cation-exchange resin and activated charcoal and the mixture pressed at up to 6000 kgs./cm.<SP>2</SP> |
