abstract Anion exchange resins are produced by grinding a strongly basic (i.e. containing quaternary ammonium groups), hydroxide form, divinylbenzene-styrene copolymer, anion exchange resin in a hammer mill to a particle size of 60-400 mesh (U.S. Standard), the resin before grinding having a free water content of 1.9-7.6% and a size of 20-50 mesh.
