Microgels and their stimulable photonic and interference applications |
abstract |
Microgels and their stimulable photonic and interference applications The invention relates to microgels comprising a core coated with a shell: - the core comprising a crosslinked organic polymer whose refractive index is greater than 1.46, and - the shell being obtainable by polymerization by precipitation in aqueous phase of monomers in the presence of a first crosslinking agent, said monomers comprising at least di (ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate, an oligo (ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate and a monomer vinyl comprising a carboxyl group.
