titleOfInvention | LONG-RANGE WIRELESS LOAD AMPLIFICATION STRUCTURE FOR IMPLANTABLE MEDICAL DEVICES |
abstract | A long-range wireless charging amplification structure for implantable medical devices (IMD) is disclosed. The aforementioned amplification structure provides the ability to charge long-range IMDs, which maintains the quality of life of the user and also reduces the risk of battery replacement through surgery. The amplification structure includes an amplifier, which includes a transmitter, a carrier (200), an IMD (400), and an amplification module (300). The amplification module (300) is placed inside the support (200) and disposed on the outer surface of the user's skin (501) between the transmitter and the IMD (400). The charging signals emitted by the transmitter are amplified by the amplification module (300) and transmitted to charge the IMD (400) inside the user's tissue. |
