abstract The invention relates to a method for monitoring the diffusion over time of a fluorescent marker in a biological tissue. According to this method, an operation is carried out making it possible to compare pixel by pixel, two fluorescence images obtained after different delays elapsed since the injection of a fluorophore, and an image representative of the result of the comparison operation is displayed. The invention also relates to a device for implementing the method.
