The present application relates to a microfluidic cassette for synthesizing a radiotracer comprising a microfluidic circuit in a support card which comprises at least one power supply via a flask (Pf), at least one isotope port (IP), at minus one reaction chamber (R1, R2, R3, R4), at least one mixing chamber (M1, M2, M3, M4), at least one formulation chamber (FC), and at least one setting connection for a syringe (SP), connected to each other by capillaries. It also relates to a method of synthesizing a radio-plotter in such a cassette. |
