abstract |
The invention relates to a precipitation process in the form of particles of 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyrazine-1-oxide (or ANPZO) present in an acid medium, which comprises adding the acid medium to an aqueous solution and which is characterized in that the aqueous solution comprises a nitrate salt. It also relates to a method for synthesizing the ANPZO implementing this precipitation process. This synthesis process comprises a conversion of 2,6-diaminopyrazine-1-oxide (or DAPO) to ANPZO by nitration in an acidic medium, then a precipitation in the form of particles of ANPZO by adding the acidic medium to a solution aqueous, and is characterized in that the aqueous solution comprises a nitrate salt. Applications: preparation of energetic materials. |
