abstract | The brazing process comprises the following steps: - Obtaining a tube (3); - To procure an accessory (1); - - Place the accessory (1) on the tube (3), a brazing material (27) being interposed between the bearing (9) of the tube and the complementary bearing surface (15) of the accessory; - Melt the brazing material (27), the bearing (9) and the complementary bearing (15) together defining a chamber (23) having a convergent portion (25) whose height perpendicular to the bearing surface (9) decreases radially in away from the orifice (5), the converging portion (25) of the chamber (23) radially having a width greater than one times the thickness of the tube (3), so that the brazing material (27) ) is distributed by capillarity in the chamber (23) and secures to one another the range (9) and the complementary bearing (15). |
