abstract The method includes: - obtaining (E10) an identifier of a user having contributed to the content of the document; obtaining (E20) at least one numerical description model of a process associated with the identifier during an execution of this process, each digital model providing for at least one event of the process, a label of the event and at least one label of data manipulated during the event; the construction (E30) of a list of words from the labels; the construction (E40) of an initial list of concepts by selecting in an ontology concepts corresponding to the words, this ontology comprising concepts extracted from a linguistic ontology supplemented by predefined concepts for at least one process; enrichment (E60) of the initial list by selecting at least one concept related in the ontology to a concept of the initial list; - the search (E70) in the concept document of the enriched list; and - if a concept is detected in the document, the indexing (E80) of the textual document with the detected concept.
