abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for treating a gasoline containing sulfur compounds, olefins and diolefins, comprising the steps of: a) fractionating the gasoline into at least: • a light LCN gasoline cut; • a primary intermediate CFNC petrol cut; and • a primary HHCN heavy gasoline cut; b) the primary CFN intermediate gasoline fraction only is desulphurized so as to produce an at least partially desulfurized primary CFN intermediate gasoline cut; c) the primary HHCN heavy gasoline fraction is desulphurized alone so as to produce a primary cut at least partially desulfurized primary HHCN; d) the partly partially desulphurized primary gasoline MCN intermediate cut and the partially desulfurized primary heavy HCN cut are mixed into a separation column so as to separate a gaseous stream containing hydrogen and H 2 S, an intermediate gasoline fraction MCN secondary low sulfur and mercaptan content and a heavy HHCN heavy gasoline cut containing sulfur compounds including recombinant mercaptans; e) the heavy HHCN heavy gasoline fraction resulting from step d) is desulfurized. |
