abstract The present invention relates to the domain of the resolution of chiral compounds existing in the form of two optical antipodes (enantiomers), such as Baclofen. More particularly, the invention relates to the preparation of the pure enantiomer (R) (-) Baclofen, chemical nomenclature acid (R) -4-amino-3- (4-chlorophenyl) -butanoic acid and its hydrogenaleate salt . Most particularly, the present invention relates to the resolution of the hydrogenal maleate salts of racemic Baclofen by preferential crystallization and in particular by the AS3PC method (preferential polythermic crystallization programmed and self-seeded).
