titleOfInvention DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DESALINATION OF WATER BY THERMAL DIVIDING AND LIQUID ION EXTRACTION LIQUID APPLICABLE TO THIS DEVICE
abstract Process for treating water comprising the extraction of at least two ionic species, said ionic species comprising an anionic species and a cationic species and being present in water to be treated, said process comprising in particular a step of mixing a liquid hydrophobic organic phase and the water to be treated, said water to be treated being in the liquid state, for the subsequent production of a liquid treated water and a hydrophobic liquid organic phase loaded with said ionic species, and a step of thermal regeneration of said organic phase loaded with chemical species. The invention also relates to compounds and compositions which can be used in the method according to the invention.
