titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR OBTAINING POROSIFIED GELIFIABLE MATERIAL LOAD IN ACTIVE LIQUID COMPOSITION
abstract The present invention provides a new process for obtaining porosified gelling materials of vegetable origin such as grains so that they are able to incorporate a liquid active composition to the core. The subject of the present invention is a process for obtaining grain, crushed material or grain meal as a porosified gelling material of plant origin loaded with at least one active liquid composition, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: . preheating said material at a temperature between 75 ° C and 95 ° C; b. impregnation of the preheated material in boiling water to a moisture content of between 15% and 90%, preferably between 30% and 50%, where appropriate mixing the flour with boiling water to obtain a paste to be shaped ; vs. baking the material obtained in b) under a pressure of between 1 and 2.5 bar at a temperature of at least 120 ° C for 15 to 120 minutes, preferably for 35 to 90 minutes to obtain a gelled material. d. sequential dehydration of the gelled material obtained in c) by successive "heating / cooling" cycles so as to obtain a dry porous material; e. core incorporation of a liquid active composition in the porosified material obtained in d).
