titleOfInvention MICROPARTICLES CHARGED WITH LIPOPHILIC ACTIVE COMPOSITION MADE OF DIRECTLY DISPERSIBLE WET POWDER IN AQUEOUS MEDIUM AND PROCESS FOR OBTAINING THE SAME
abstract The invention relates to microparticles of natural or synthetic origin, biodegradable or not, loaded with oily or lipophilic therapeutic, curative, cosmetic or biological, fungicidal, bactericidal, larvicidal, insect repellent, insecticidal, repellent or attractive, said microparticles forming an aqueous lipophilic active powder wettable in an aqueous medium without the intervention of emulsifying agents or wetting agents to be applied to surfaces of external organs to be treated by dispersion spray in an aqueous medium. Said active microparticles are composed of: a) 50 to 99.5 parts by weight of a micronized absorbent support having a particle size ranging from 1 μm to 600 μm, preferably from 5 μm to 200 μm, b) 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of an oily or lipophilic active composition containing at least one therapeutic, curative, cosmetic or biological active ingredient, fungicide, bactericide, larvicidal, insect repellent, insecticide, repellent or attractant dissolved in a lipophilic diluent. The lipophilic active composition is incorporated into the microparticles without any particular chemical transformation of said microparticles. Advantageously, both for the environment and for the subject being treated (human animal or plant), no solvent is used for carrying out the object of the present invention. The microparticles according to the invention have a nature of reservoirs of active principles for at least more than three days in an aqueous medium and under conditions of strong agitation, while being able to protect said active ingredients against moisture.
