abstract |
The present invention relates to a hemostatic patch comprising a porous layer based on oxidized cellulose and a neutralized film based on chitosan, said film comprising a free face and a face attached to one of the faces of the porous layer, and on the method of preparation of such a patch comprising the following steps: - a) preparation of a porous layer based on oxidized cellulose, b) preparation of a film based on chitosan from an aqueous acid solution of chitosan - c) fixing the film obtained in b °) to one side of the porous layer, - d °) neutralization of the film obtained in b °) - step c °) can be performed before or after the step d °), characterized in that: the neutralization step d °) comprises treating said film with a neutralizing composition comprising at least ethanol and ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH). |
