abstract The subject of the present invention is a compound of formula (I): embedded image in which R 1 represents an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or phenylalkyl chain of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, the phenyl of the phenylalkyl chain possibly being monosubstituted by a group of the following formula (II): - R2 represents an alkyl chain of 6 to 20 carbon atoms, - R3 is a propylen-2-yl or a propyl, - X is an anion, - q = 1, if R1 is different from a phenylalkyl substituted with a group of formula (II), or, - q = 2, if R1 is a phenylalkyl substituted with a group of formula (II), - p is an integer of 1 to 3, excluding compounds of formula (I) below for which: - - R1 is a benzyl, R2 is an alkyl chain with 12 carbon atoms, R3 is a propylen-2-yl, X is a chloride ion, q = 1 and p = 1; R 1 is methyl, R 2 is a C 12 alkyl chain, R 3 is propylen-2-yl, X is an iodide ion, q = 1 and p = 1; - R1 is a methyl, R2 is an alkyl chain with 10 carbon atoms, R3 is a propylen-2-yl, X is a bromide ion, q = 1 and p = 1, and their methods of preparation and their uses, especially as a medicine.
