titleOfInvention PRODUCTION OF SILANES FROM BROWN AND FLUIDIZED ALLOYS OF SILICON AND ALKALINE-EARTH METALS OR SILICIDES OF ALKALINE-EARTH METALS
abstract A process for preparing a compound or a mixture of compounds of formula Si H wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 3, comprising at least the following steps: step a) grinding pieces at least one silicide or silicon alloy of formula MM Si in which M is a reducing metal, M an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, x, y and z vary from 0 to 1, z being different from 0 and the sum x + y different from 0, to form a powder whose particles have a diameter of between 10 microns and 500 microns; step b) mixing the alloy obtained in step a) with an aqueous solvent and fluidizing said mixture; step c) reaction of the fluidized alloy from step b) with hydrochloric acid dissolved beforehand in aqueous solution
