abstract | The present invention relates to a process for producing dinitrile, characterized in that it comprises at least one reaction step between a di-sodium salt of diacid and an ammonia source, under the following conditions: the molar ratio source of ammonia / di-salt is in the range of 1 to 20, the reaction temperature is in the range of 200 to 350 ° C, the reaction pressure is in the range of from 0.1 to 20 MPa. This process comprises a step of ammoniation of di-salt acid functions and does not require intermediate hydrolysis step (s) of di-salt acid. The present invention also relates to the manufacture of diamine, said process further comprising a step of hydrogenation of nitrile functions to primary amine functions. |
