abstract The present invention relates to a nanoparticle comprising (a) a solid and porous core, formed from a polymer obtained by reaction between a maltodextrin and an epoxy compound, quaternary ammonium functions being grafted onto said polymer to give it its positive charge and (b ) a negatively ionically charged lipid contained in said core. According to the invention, said nanoparticle comprises a protein or a protein fragment adsorbed on said core. The present invention also relates to the use of said nanoparticle for the delivery of said protein or of said protein fragment into the cytosol of a cell.
