abstract |
The invention relates to a method for preparing star polymers based on a lactide monomer and a glycolide monomer or a lactide monomer, by ring opening in the presence of a catalyst, characterized in that: - the catalyst has the formula wherein R is a C to C haloalkyl; the initiator is a polyol comprising from 3 to 6 hydroxyl functions. This new process is advantageous in particular because it is easily controllable and has a better efficiency than the processes of the prior art. |
