The invention relates to a sensor (2) characterized in that it comprises: - a set of microelectrodes (21); and β-pancreatic cells (23) or islets (230) of Langerhans in culture on the set of microelectrodes (21), so that the set of microelectrodes (21) is able to measure, in real time and continuously, electrical signals (V) produced by the β-pancreatic (23) cells or islets (230) of Langerhans during their physiological activation. The invention also relates to a device (1) comprising such a sensor (2) for the distribution of insulin, and a method of manufacturing the sensor (2). |
