abstract The invention relates to suprabio-available solid oral formulations containing at least one bisphosphonic acid or a salt thereof (BP) and at least one sodium ion donor, which formulations provide improved solubility of BP regardless of calcium concentration. and magnesium contained in the drinking water when taking the drug, and regardless of the pH found in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. It is shown that the formulations according to the invention have an improved bioavailability compared to the reference specialty.
