abstract A process is described for the preparation of a crystalline metallophosphate solid of structural type AFI comprising at least the following steps: i) the mixture, in the presence of at least one ionic liquid consisting of a salt of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium in which solubilized a quaternary ammonium salt consisting of N-butyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium, at least one source of phosphate anions, at least one source of at least one trivalent element G and from minus one source of fluoride anions, ii) the ionothermal treatment until said AFI structural type solid is formed.
