abstract A process is described for the preparation of a crystalline metallophosphate solid of structural type AFI comprising at least the following steps: i) the mixture, in the presence of at least one ionic liquid consisting of a salt of 1-butyl-2-methylpyridinium , at least one source of phosphate anions, at least one source of at least one trivalent element G, at least one source of fluoride anions and optionally at least one source of a tetravalent element ii) the ionothermal treatment until said AFI structural type solid is formed.
