abstract The present invention relates to a porous silica particle, incorporating at least one molecule of interest and essentially obtained from the hydrolysis (a) of at least one first silicon alkoxide of formulas Si (OR1) 4, R2Si (OR3 ) Or R4R5Si (OR6) 2 in which R1, R3 and R6, identical or different, represent an alkyl radical of 1 to 6 carbon atoms and R2, R4 and R5, identical or different, represent a hydrogen, an alkyl radical of 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an alkenyl radical of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and (b) at least one second silicon alkoxide having at least one group capable of establishing a non-covalent ionic bond and / or hydrogen with the molecule of interest. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing such a silica particle and its uses.
