The polyimide layer (25) covers surfaces of the epitaxial layer structure (22) and the substrate (21). The transparent sealing compound (10) covers the polyimide layer (25), the substrate (21), the epitaxial layer structure (22), the cathode and the anode. The polyimide layer (25) of the present invention having a higher refractive index, in order to reduce the total internal reflection and optical consumption caused by the scattered light from the epitaxial layer structure (22) and the compound of the present invention. transparent seal (10). |
