The implantable device relates to the repair of a phalangeal or metacarpophalangeal joint with a cartilage deficiency. It comprises a fixing pin, for its fixation in one of the bones of the joint, surmounted by a base of support able to replace the deficient cartilage. The fixing pin (2) is formed of a head (4) and a rod (5). At least the head (4) and the support base (3) are in different materials, that of the support base (3) being more deformable under stress than that of the head (4). The support base (3) has a central opening whose configuration and that of the head (4) are determined so that the support base (3), when it is pressed into the head, is deformed to adopt a concave curvature of radius R1. |
