abstract The present application relates to new imidazolidine-2,4-dione derivatives of general formula (1) in which R, R, R, R, X, and n are variables. These products have antiproliferative activity. They are particularly useful for treating disease states and diseases associated with abnormal cell proliferation such as cancers. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and their use for the preparation of a medicament.
