The present invention relates to a transparent substrate coated with a transparent electrically conductive oxide layer, which comprises: a transparent electrically conductive oxide layer having (a) a thickness of 100 nm to 1500 nm and (b) a surface with texturing that (b.1) has an aspect ratio (T / B) of 2 to 1/30 and / or (b.2) a roughness (RMS) of 1 nm to 250 nm. The invention also relates to its manufacture and use in photovoltaics, display technology, lighting technology, automotive technology and architectural glazing. |
