abstract The invention provides a microfluidic reaction device with particles of interest (PI) present in a carrier liquid circulated by a pump from a reservoir, allowing routine use, at a rate of economic analysis, with reliability improved, and allowing reliable logistics within an analysis laboratory. The device according to the invention comprises a cover intended to be hermetically disposed on a blade, one face of which is at least partially functionalized so as to react the particles of interest, in which the cap comprises: a liquid supply channel; intended to be connected to the reservoir, and provided with N channel segments, N being an integer greater than or equal to 2, each segment being in fluid communication with at least one liquid inlet pipe for circulating the liquid in N chambers the feed channel being provided with means for accelerating the liquid along the channel; and o N liquid outlet lines out of the N chambers.
