abstract The invention relates to a complex between human insulin and an amphiphilic polymer comprising carboxyl functional groups, said amphiphilic polymer being chosen from functionalized polysaccharides consisting mainly of glycoside bonds of (1,6) type functionalized by at least one derivative of the tryptophan. It also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one complex according to the invention, said formulation may be in the form of an injectable solution. It relates more particularly to the use of a complex according to the invention for the preparation of a human insulin formulation at a concentration in the region of 600 μM (100 IU / mL) with a time limit of less than 30 minutes preferably less than 20 minutes, more preferably less than 15 minutes and / or whose glycemic nadir is less than 120 minutes, preferably less than 105 minutes, and more preferably less than 90 minutes.
