The present invention relates to a cosmetic or dermatological composition in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion formed of oily globules each provided with a lamellar liquid crystal coating and dispersed in an aqueous phase, characterized in that it has a pH ranging from from 3 to 5.5 and which comprises at least one lipophilic surfactant of HLB ranging from 2 to 5, at least one hydrophilic surfactant of HLB ranging from 8 to 12 and at least one amphiphilic compound of ionic nature at a pH ranging from 3 to 5.5. |
