abstract The object of the invention is a device (1) for taking samples of compounds present in the ambient air, comprising a trapping support (3) covered with an adsorbent of said compounds.According to the invention, the device comprises a main body (9) provided with an inlet (10) adapted for the insertion of the support (3) and a housing (8) for receiving it (3); - locking means (5, 6) adapted to hold said at least one support in a bearing position in the housing (8) - said main body (9) comprising at least one opening (13) on its side wall (12), said support (3) ) being positioned in the housing (8) of the main body (9) so that the adsorption surface of the agent is placed at least opposite said opening (8) so as to bring the surface of the adsorption with the ambient air; a closure cap (2) adapted to engage on said main body (9) so as to generate a sealing the compounds between the outside and said main body when the device is not in the sampling position of the compounds.
